At Leigh and Williams we offer our customers a money-back guarantee on all unopened products and two tubes of opened product. Please give our products a minimum of a one month trial period. If you are not totally satisfied after one month of using the product, you may return the empty tubes/packages and the sealed, unused tubes/packages for a refund (less shipping, handling, and a 15% restocking fee).

Only two tubes of opened product are eligible for a refund. All other tubes/bottles of the same product must be in the factory sealed container to be eligible for refund.

Because we ask you to give our products a minimum one month trial period, we do not accept returns until this 30-day period has been completed.

You have 60 days from when your product was shipped to return it. We do not process returns past this 60 day period.

All returns are charged a restocking fee. This fee will be 15% of the total product purchase price.

We do not refund the cost of shipping or handling.
